My cousin sent a parcel on 15th of this month from Chennai through registered post. It is a book which is out of publication now. I tracked the parcel with its number and it showed that the parcel had reached our city 10 days ago. But I have not yet received the parcel. It is very important to me and it is urgent too. I request you to look into this complaint and deliver the parcel at the earliest.
