Health is a precious wealth which can not be robbed from us. A sound mind lives in a sound body. Only a healthy individual shall perform the duties without any delay due to sickness. To maintain a good health, we must always take healthy foods. Nature provides us many healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, grains etc. Nowadays, we prefer unnatural and processed foods which could destroy our health in a long run. It may be tasty but we must choose good health over taste. If we love natural food, we are sure to improve our health and lead a happy life. Healthy person can live peacefully and enjoy life to be successful.
