I bought a juicer last month which was manufactured by your company. The model name is "Turbo" and the receipt number is 12467. The juicer came with the warranty period of one year.

 It worked well during test run in the shop. At home, it stopped working suddenly after twenty days of its purchase. I tried a lot to make it work but it was of no use. It was operated properly and there was no chance of mishandling the machine. I am very disappointed with the product and I am shocked as your company is known for its quality products.

 I have enclosed a copy of the purchase bill and warranty card along with this letter. I kindly request you to replace with a new juicer as you have promised in the warranty.
