 You are the school monitor, of Modern Matriculation School, Villupuram. Your school Principal has requested you to inform the students about a trip to Yercaud for 3 days. Prepare a notice giving the details such as date of journey, mode of transportation, amount , dress code etc.

A Trip to Yercaud

3 December 2020

A trip is organized to Yercaud by our school management. This trip is from 9th December to 11th December. Students are requested to pay Rupees 2000/- for the trip and the mode of transportation will be train. Students have to bring two sets of uniform and they may also bring a sweater. Food will be provided. Students those who wish to join the trip are asked to register their names to the school monitor by 7th of this month.
