Formal letter - Reply letter to the denial of leave requisition and requisition for the leave

No. 80476, Thoothukudi.   18 March, 2022.   To HRM, Regional Office, Tamilnadu Grama Bank, Thoothukudi.   Sir, Sub: Reply to the declining of leave and requisition for sanction of the same – Reg. With reference and reply to the letter dated 17/03/2022 stating the declining of my leave requisition, I write this letter.                 The reason for my leave requisition is genuine and I am suffering from severe back pain. I am advised by a doctor not to travel so as to cure the ailment. I have attached doctor certificate to substantiate my cause.
