  Rules and Regulations  for Elocution  Ø The following are the rules and regulations for the finalists and are expected to comply with it. Ø The finalists are given the topic much ahead for their preparation. Ø The content of the participant’s speech is to strictly adhere the specified topic – “Glimpses of the constitution of India” Ø The finalists are asked to follow the time limit and not to extend their speech more than three minutes.
